North East meets London in this banging trap-metal link-up from Newcastle’s Shoshin Noel and up and comer from the capital Scotty Overdose. This is one of of our favourite releases from Shoshin Noel in 2020, despite battling with a life-altering condition he’s continued to push forward musically this year with solo releases and his latest collab project HOLLOWVOID.
The harsh nu-metal riff ties this whole track together, with Shoshin Noel laying down confident, no-frills bars that compliment Scotty’s similar style and backing shouts. On their first collab this duo has out brought the best in each other, creating a solid, to the point trap metal track that doesn’t shoehorn in any unnecessary BS. It’s clean, hard-hitting fuel for the mosh pit.
