Single Review: “Dreams Dreams” – Elliot Kid Danger ft. Noah

Elliot Kid Danger

Session bassist turned alternative rap aficionado, Elliot Kid Danger’s latest track “Dreams Dreams” is his most engaging effort to-date!

Having toured and recorded with the likes of Clean Bandit, Jess Glynn, Sean Paul, Raleigh Ritchie and more, in 2020 EKD decided he’d had enough of playing other people’s music and decided to embark on an ambitious solo project. He stepped behind the mic and the full range of his musical ability to the test and soon it payed off. EKD has fast been turning heads in the UK scene and this latest track, featuring a sublime hook from vocalist Noah, “Dreams Dreams” is his best track so far.

With minimal production and a focus on EDK’s emotionally melodic bars, this track really draws you in and easily finds itself on replay so you can really take it what EDK has to say. We really love this one.

Speaking on the track, EDK said “It’s about having dreams, and how the relationship to your dream can be quite volatile,”

“I sometimes wonder if I’m too old for my dreams now, or perhaps they have passed me by, or sometimes I feel like having ambitious dreams is silly and childish – other times I feel like it’s one of the most endearing things about being human.

“Some days I feel like I’m living the dream, and some days it feels like everyone else is living it apart from me. It’s really complicated navigating the things you want in life, and this song is about that!”

Elliot Kid Danger is one to watch this year and next, don’t sleep on this super talented artist!
