Shane may present himself as a jovial looking cartoon character, but believe us, when it comes trap music production he’s no joke. Rockstar is an incredible vibe of a track that melds minimal jangly guitar riffs and drum instrumentation with bassy trap hi-hats in the most sonically satisfying way possible.
Recorded entirely independently from his home during the course of quarantine, Rockstar has been masterfully crafted piece by piece. Shane has layered this one with exquisite beats that require a handful of listens to really take in and appreciate. Mix that with versatile flow and melancholic bars of Multiszn and you’ve absolutely got a slice of pure emo trap bliss with this one.
