Brothers Wes and Daniel Luna have been making waves online recently with their infectiously understated rock sound as Mouth Noise, and their latest single Baby You’re Mine sets up what will undoubtably be an exciting album this summer.
Based out of Los Angeles and Denver respectively, these brothers make long distance music work in style! Wes tackles the instrumentation and Daniel the vocals, both of which pair up to create one sublime sonic treat.
Baby You’re Mine really encapsulates what Mouth Noise are all about, it’s soft rock with an edge. Daniel’s vocals are smooth, lulling you into a mesmeric trance, whilst Wes’ guitar work keeps you walking with purpose.
It’s the kind of track you can imagine cruising down Route 66 to, shades and leather jacket on, destination nowhere. It’s just effortlessly cool.
The pair’s seven track self titled album is due to be released very soon and if this track is anything to go by then we’re in for something special.
