In the last 2/3 years Lindisfarne Festival has proved itself head and shoulders above any other festival in the region when it comes to promoting urban music from the North East. This year is no exception, with the brand-new ‘The Bridge Block Party Stage’ – a dedicated hip-hop area – jammed full of NE talent, as well as nationally recognised artists topping the bill. In honour of all Lindisfarne does for the North East’s urban music scene, we’ve put together a Spotify playlist giving you a taste of the musical delights on offer at Beal Farm this year, hip-hop and otherwise (but mostly hip-hop)!
