Manchester’s Jay Faith has dropped his fourth studio single “Identity” alongside The Voice contestant Eli Cripps.
“Identity” is a hard hitting, raw track where the One Destiny label founder tells the story of a single mother trying to raise her child through domestic abuse.
Jay keeps it as real as possible on this one, not shying away from the sensitive subject matter in his lyricism. Domestic violence is an issue Jay is passionate about raising awareness with through this track.
Eli’s soulful vocals compliment Jay’s hard hitting bars perfectly and add another layer of emotion to this moving song.
“Identity” is Jay Faith’s strongest track to date. We need more artists like Jay coming through that focus not only on the vibe of their tracks but the content too. We can’t wait to see he comes with next.
